Ecommerce development

Most stores do not have a traffic problem. They have a speed problem, an app-bloat problem, and an operations problem behind the checkout.

IIThe problem

What usually brings you here.

The usual state of a store we inherit: a bought theme, eleven apps, four of which inject scripts on every page, and a product page that takes six seconds on a mid-range phone over patchy mobile data. Every one of those apps was added to solve something real, and collectively they are costing more than they return.

Speed is not a vanity metric here. It is the conversion rate, and the conversion rate is what decides whether paid traffic is affordable. A store that converts at two percent instead of three needs fifty percent more traffic to stand still.

Behind the storefront, the operational side is usually held together manually: stock updated by hand across the store and the warehouse, orders exported to a courier one at a time, and WhatsApp order updates typed by a person.

IVOn the record

Who we have done this for.

We have built commerce for consumer brands including Sunrise Ayurveda, FitCarbs, RyPack and JoolKart.

VQuestions

The questions that come up.

Can you fix a slow store without rebuilding it?
Often yes. A speed and app audit frequently recovers most of the loss by removing what is not earning its keep. If a rebuild is the real answer we say so, including when the audit is the cheaper piece of work.
Shopify or custom?
Shopify for most stores, because payments, tax and fraud are solved problems you should not be paying us to rebuild. Custom or headless when the catalogue, pricing logic or B2B requirements genuinely do not fit, which is less often than agencies suggest.
Do you handle the WhatsApp side?
Yes, on the official Business API: catalogue, order updates, broadcasts and cart recovery, built as part of the commerce system rather than bolted on by a separate vendor.
Do you handle the marketing too?
Not here. That is Blulink Marketing, a sibling company under Blulink Labs, running paid media, SEO and GEO, brand and CRM. We introduce you directly rather than subcontracting it quietly, and plenty of clients use both.
