Websites and software for manufacturers

Two problems usually arrive together: a site that undersells the operation, and an operation running on spreadsheets. They are more connected than they look.

IIThe problem

What usually brings you here.

Manufacturing businesses are frequently much better than their materials suggest. The capability is real, the client list is real, and the website is four pages built in 2019 that cannot answer a specification question. The buyer who was ready to enquire leaves and calls somebody with a clearer catalogue.

Behind that, the operation is usually running on a shared spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group. It works, until it does not: two people edit the same stock figure, a dispatch goes out against an order that was cancelled, and nobody can reconstruct what happened.

The two problems compound. Enquiries that do arrive get handled slowly because the people handling them are also the people chasing stock, and slow follow-up loses industrial business more reliably than anything on the website.

IVOn the record

Who we have done this for.

We have built sites and systems for manufacturers and industrial suppliers across the NCR, including Supreme SCS and Neelohith Machines.

VQuestions

The questions that come up.

Can you integrate with Tally?
Yes, and it is the most common request in this sector. Usually the new system owns the operational detail and Tally stays the accounting record, with a scheduled exchange between them and a reconciliation report that catches drift.
Our team is not technical. Will they use it?
That is the design constraint rather than an afterthought. We build the admin for the people who live in it, keep the daily path to as few taps as possible, and hand over with a recorded session instead of a PDF.
Can we start small?
Yes, and usually you should. One workflow, running alongside whatever you do now, proven before the next one moves. Big-bang replacements are how these projects fail.
Do you handle the marketing too?
Not here. That is Blulink Marketing, a sibling company under Blulink Labs, running paid media, SEO and GEO, brand and CRM. We introduce you directly rather than subcontracting it quietly, and plenty of clients use both.
VIThe brief

Send a brief. Or a fragment.

Tell us what you are trying to build. You talk to the people who will build it, not to an account manager. We reply within one working day.
