Websites and software for real estate

Property is sold on what a place looks like and on how fast somebody responds. Most builds get the first right and ignore the second.

IIThe problem

What usually brings you here.

A project microsite is usually treated as a brochure: renders, a floor plan PDF, a form. It looks fine and it converts badly, because the buyer wants to understand the neighbourhood, the stage of construction and what is actually still available, and none of that is on the page.

The bigger loss is behind the form. Enquiries land in an inbox or a spreadsheet, get exported weekly, and reach a salesperson two days later. An enquiry called back within five minutes converts at a completely different rate to one called back on Thursday.

And inventory is almost always stale. The site says available, the sheet says sold, and the customer finds out on the call. That costs the sale and the reference.

IVOn the record

Who we have done this for.

We have built for property and construction businesses in the NCR, including Aggarwal Associates, and for Forbes Global Properties and The House of Abhinandan Lodha.

VQuestions

The questions that come up.

Can the site show real-time availability?
Yes, if the availability data lives somewhere the site can read. Where it currently lives in a spreadsheet, that is the first thing to fix, because publishing stale inventory is worse than publishing none.
Do you handle RERA requirements on the site?
Registration details and required disclosures go on the project pages as standard. We will not build a project site whose approval or availability status we have been asked to keep vague.
Can you integrate with our existing CRM?
Usually yes, and often it is the better answer than replacing it. If your sales team already lives in a CRM, we push leads into it correctly rather than giving them a second place to look.
Do you handle the marketing too?
Not here. That is Blulink Marketing, a sibling company under Blulink Labs, running paid media, SEO and GEO, brand and CRM. We introduce you directly rather than subcontracting it quietly, and plenty of clients use both.

Send a brief. Or a fragment.

Tell us what you are trying to build. You talk to the people who will build it, not to an account manager. We reply within one working day.
